Research about the NGO Fund of the European Economic Zone and Norway Financial Instruments
From September 2007 until February 2011, the European Economic Zone and the Norwegian government implemented a bilateral financial instrument, “NGO Fund,” in Latvia. The Public Integration Fund was responsible for the administration of the instrument, and in order to prepare for the next programme’s period, the fund wanted to learn about the views of project applicants and organisers in the process about the NGO Fund’s operations and about how it can be utilised in future. Our experts designed the questionnaires, extracted and processed the data, and prepared a report on results. These were used to explain the importance of the fund in the past and the future to potential providers of financing.
