The festive event marked the importance of the post-doctoral programme in the career of new scientists and in the development of the Latvian science in general. The event gathered 150 new scientists—the new post-doctoral scientists and representatives of the engaged institutions—to look back at the programme advantages and results from 2016 to 2023, to share experiences and to discuss how to improve the programme for the future.
For the event, we provided for the development of the visual, audio and video materials, arrangement and decoration of the premises, technical equipment (presentation and audio, video management), the moderator, catering and a science performance.
