Hydrogen is the energy of the future. To prove that, test drives of hydrogen-electric bus took place in Riga, Valmiera and Jelgava in September 2023, and an international forum ‘Hydrogen for mobility and energy’ was held in Riga. The forum was attended by more than 100 national and international energy experts, and various hydrogen-powered vehicles were demonstrated during the event. Test drives and the forum was organised within the framework of EU Horizon project ‘JIVE 2’.
For the event, we organised communication with participants before the event (invitations, electronic registration form), provided for the registration of participants at the event. We also provided support for drafting the scenario and agenda and coordinating the lecturers’ presentations. We provided for the premises and complete technical equipment for the main event and parallel activities, live broadcast on the Zoom platform and on the website of the Latvian Hydrogen Association, video recording, remote participation of lecturers on the Zoom platform, and the Sli.do platform for asking questions. We coordinated the participants of the hydrogen vehicle exhibition at the venue, provided for the catering at the venue and at a restaurant. We developed visual materials for the event (banners, invitations, name cards, agenda, presentation templates) and prepared a report for sponsors regarding execution of the contract.
