High-level international conference ‘Future of AML: Building Resilience in the Evolving Financial Crime Environment’

The conference on fighting money laundering gathered around 200 international experts from more than 20 countries. The conference was organised by the Financial Intelligence Unit in cooperation with the Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism (MONEYVAL) in support of the Latvia’s Presidency of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers. Participants shared their experiences and discussed topicalities regarding sanctions, virtual assets, digital transformation, and recovery of assets.

We provided for the visual design of the event (visual materials, stage and the design, LED screens, furniture, decorative lighting), premises and arrangement, complete technical equipment (sounds, light, presentation equipment), equipment for video recording and remote participation of lecturers and simultaneous interpreters on the Zoom platform, and the Sli.do platform for asking questions. We engaged interpreters with experience in financial-related topics, prepared a throwback video, organised catering and a networking event with a musical performance.
