The Delfi.lv team is highly experienced in informing people on the topicalities in Latvia, Europe and the world. They are convinced that also when informing on the European Parliament election in 2024 they will be able to spread their quality content to the widest audience in Latvia. Therefore, when the European Parliament announced a grant competition to support media in reflecting the Parliament elections 2024, it was clear that Delfi.lv team has to participate in this competition.
To ensure that project application is prepared in high quality, Delfi.lv decided to engage us as experienced project management experts. Together with Delfi.lv team, we managed to link their ideas with the goals of the European Parliament grant competition. Competing with media from 27 EU member states, the project received close to 100,000 euro. Later, during the Latvian Journalist Association Conference 2023, Filips Lastovskis, the chief editor of Delfi.lv, admitted that an external consultant allowed to take a look from aside and to notice opportunities that might be neglected otherwise.
